Nick Bernate

Nick Bernate is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Murray Plumb & Murray since June 2022. Prior to this position, Nick was a Shareholder and Associate Attorney at Clement, Fitzpatrick & Kenworthy from May 2018 to June 2022, and worked as an Associate Attorney at Bledsoe, Diestel, Treppa & Crane LLP from August 2013 to March 2018. Additional legal experience includes roles as a Contract Attorney and Law Clerk at Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger, as well as legal internships at the San Francisco City Attorney's Office, Northern California Innocence Project, Sonoma County Public Defender's Office, and research assistance at Santa Clara University School of Law.
