Kerim S. is an experienced professional in property development and project management, currently serving as the Director at Gingin Holdings since January 2019. Previously, Kerim S. has held various roles, including Development Engineer at Golden Plains Shire Council, Project Engineer at Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority, Senior Assets Surveillance Officer at the City of Ballarat, and Project Manager at the Borough of Queenscliffe. Notably, as Senior Project Manager at Macedon Ranges Shire Council, Kerim S. oversaw the project management of a $10 million, 24 km shared trail. Additional experience includes serving as Manager Infrastructure - Bushfire Recovery at Colac Otway Shire from February 2017 to July 2020 and Coordinator Asset Audit and Handover at Gold Coast Water for nearly a decade, leading teams in asset inspection, auditing, and ensuring the compliance of developer-contributed assets. Kerim S. holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Bond University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Deakin University.
