Andreas Hamm

Andreas Hamm has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Andreas is currently the Director of Corporate Marketing & Employer Branding at Murrplastik Systemtechnik GmbH since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position externally from April 2021 to January 2023. In 2020, they founded and became a partner at 21ST WORX GmbH, where they helped companies create attractive and value-oriented work environments. In 2019, they worked as an Architectural Photographer at Builders & Beyond, focusing on showcasing architecture through a skilled eye for details. Andreas also served as the COO at Isin +Co. GmbH & Co. KG from May 2019 to July 2020. Before that, they held various roles at grapevine marketing GmbH, including Director of Consulting & Concept, Head of Strategy, Team Lead Consulting, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Prior to grapevine marketing, they worked as a Consultant at CHANGINGVIEWS GmbH. In 2009, they co-founded 22CONNECT AG and served as the CEO until December 2012. Andreas started their career at B+D Agenturgruppe as a Junior Account Manager and had an internship at the same company.

Andreas Hamm holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Corporate Management from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media Management from Hochschule Fresenius, completed from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Systemic Business Coach from Deutscher Verband für Coaching und Training (dvct) e.V. in 2021, Team Coach from HR Akademie München in 2021, Zertifizierter Partner from 9 Levels Institute for Value Systems GmbH & Co KG in 2018, and Akkreditierter Partner Human Synergistics from Human Synergistics in 2008.
