Nancy Diffenbacher MSN, CRNP PMHS is a highly experienced Behavioral Pediatric Nurse Practitioner currently serving at Murtis Taylor Human Services Center since December 2010. Prior roles include Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Cleveland Clinic from January 2017 to March 2019 and a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Preferred Pediatrics from June 2009 to May 2010, where collaborative and independent practices were established for pediatric care. Nancy's extensive background also includes a tenure at MetroHealth Medical Center from 1994 to 2009, providing comprehensive ambulatory care for children. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Maternal/Child Health, Pediatrics, and Pediatric Oncology from The University of Texas Medical Branch, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati.

Murtis Taylor Human Services System is a county-wide United Way charitable organization that provides Community Mental Health, Alcohol and other addiction services, Youth, Family, and Senior services. It serves more than 11,000 children and adults annually. Youth and Family Services are provided in the Garden Valley, East Cleveland and Mt. Pleasant communities. Senior Services are provided in the Mt. Pleasant community. These include a broad range of culturally appropriate and diverse community services and programs. Community Mental Health services, which are clinical in nature, are provided countywide. These include a culturally appropriate and comprehensive array of outpatient and residential treatment. Murtis Taylor Human Services System is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services as a Three (3)-Star Rated Step Up to Quality childcare center, the Ohio Department of Mental Health, Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services and nationally accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
