Dagmar Clark has extensive experience in mental health support and social work, currently serving as a Mental Health Case Manager at Murtis Taylor Human Services System since October 2015. In addition to this role, Dagmar has been involved with OhioGuidestone, working with juveniles in residential treatment since January 2008. Dagmar is a graduate of the Neighborhood Leadership Institute's Community Leadership Program and has volunteered with the American Red Cross as a DAT Volunteer from June 2006 to June 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), and a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Cleveland State University.

Murtis Taylor Human Services System is a county-wide United Way charitable organization that provides Community Mental Health, Alcohol and other addiction services, Youth, Family, and Senior services. It serves more than 11,000 children and adults annually. Youth and Family Services are provided in the Garden Valley, East Cleveland and Mt. Pleasant communities. Senior Services are provided in the Mt. Pleasant community. These include a broad range of culturally appropriate and diverse community services and programs. Community Mental Health services, which are clinical in nature, are provided countywide. These include a culturally appropriate and comprehensive array of outpatient and residential treatment. Murtis Taylor Human Services System is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services as a Three (3)-Star Rated Step Up to Quality childcare center, the Ohio Department of Mental Health, Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services and nationally accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
