Taisha Brown is an experienced social worker and mental health case manager with a strong background in supporting youth and families. Currently employed at Washington Park Community School and Murtis Taylor Human Services System, Taisha teaches social emotional skills, assists with treatment plans, and provides court and community support. With additional roles as a Residential Treatment Specialist at Ohio Guidestone and a security dispatcher at Tenable Protective Services, Taisha possesses a varied skill set that includes managing client needs, observing juvenile behaviors, and handling emergency dispatch. Taisha holds a Master of Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Bryant & Stratton College.

Murtis Taylor Human Services System is a county-wide United Way charitable organization that provides Community Mental Health, Alcohol and other addiction services, Youth, Family, and Senior services. It serves more than 11,000 children and adults annually. Youth and Family Services are provided in the Garden Valley, East Cleveland and Mt. Pleasant communities. Senior Services are provided in the Mt. Pleasant community. These include a broad range of culturally appropriate and diverse community services and programs. Community Mental Health services, which are clinical in nature, are provided countywide. These include a culturally appropriate and comprehensive array of outpatient and residential treatment. Murtis Taylor Human Services System is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services as a Three (3)-Star Rated Step Up to Quality childcare center, the Ohio Department of Mental Health, Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services and nationally accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
