Sudhakar Chavan

Sudhakar Chavan is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing and automotive sectors, currently serving as Plant Director at Musashi Auto Parts India Pvt Ltd since April 2024. Previously, Sudhakar held the position of Plant Manager at Varroc Engineering Ltd from August 2022 to December 2024, with a focus on P&L responsibility, business development, strategy planning, lean management, and team development.
