Allen Coulter, MBA, MA, LDSS, CEP, SHRM-CP, FACHE, currently serves as the Chief Learning Engagement and Experience Officer at MUSC Health. Prior to this role, Allen held various positions within the organization, including the MUSC Health System Director of Employee Engagement and Organizational Experience at MUSC Physicians. With a background in Organizational Development and a focus on adult learning and organizational leadership, Allen has a wealth of experience in driving learning, development, and organizational excellence.
