Kathryn van Aernum

Kathryn Van Aernum serves as the Marketing Director for Creative Services at MUSC Health since November 2020, leveraging extensive experience in brand development and design. As the owner of Van Aernum Studios since 2004, Kathryn specializes in web consulting, photography, and various design services. Previous roles include Freelance Graphic Designer for LifePoint Health® and Primary Graphic Designer at Providence Hospitals, where Kathryn led branding initiatives across multiple communication platforms. An earlier career included positions as Art Director at Impressions Unlimited and Lawler Ballard Advertising, focusing on collateral production and emerging design technologies. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts from Naropa University, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
