Kim Phillips

Kim Phillips, MLS(ASCP)DLM, serves as the System Executive Director of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at MUSC Health. Previously, Kim held the role of System Modality Program Manager for Laboratory Governance at AdventHealth, and served as the Director of Laboratory Services at AdventHealth Hendersonville. Additional experience includes regulatory and quality program coordination at Lexington Medical Center, where Kim worked in various capacity including Quality Assurance Coordinator and Clinical Laboratory Procurement Supervisor. Kim's career began at KershawHealth, progressing from Laboratory Information Systems Technical Specialist to Director for Clinical Labs. Kim holds a Masters in Business Administration and Health Administration from Pfeiffer University, and completed a Project Management Professional Certificate Program at the University of South Carolina.
