Mohammed al Ruqaishi

Mohammed Al Ruqaishi is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Muscat Engineering Consultancy LLC since April 2024. Previously, Mohammed held various key positions including Vice President Operations at OQGN and Deputy General Manager at Medco LLC Oman. Mohammed's extensive experience encompasses leadership roles such as Head of Upstream Projects Delivery and Sr. Manager of Facilities at Oman Oil Company Exploration & Production LLC (OOCEP), where responsibilities included project delivery and management of engineering technical teams. Additionally, Mohammed has a background in business development and process engineering gained through roles at Bilfinger Tebodin and Oman Gas Company. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University, a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University, an International Certificate of Executive Finance from Columbia Business School, and leadership training at HEC Paris.
