Jill Blieu

Jill Blieu is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Manager of Accounting & Finance at Muscatine Power and Water since September 2019, Jill previously held positions at Wealthspan Partners, LLC as Operations Manager, and at Accountemps as Staffing Manager, where a focus on building trust among candidates was emphasized.
