Susan Jelinek has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Susan began their career as a Leadership Training participant at Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert in 2008. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at MPM Recreation and Management. In 2013, they interned at Winter Park Lodging Company, where they analyzed profit data and contributed ideas to improve the company's website. In 2014, they worked as an Educator at lululemon athletica, where they communicated with the community and educated guests on the brand's technical qualities. That same year, they became Global Marketing Lead at Muscle Activation Techniques®, creating content and increasing email leads. Susan then transitioned to the role of Director of Operations and Communications at the same company in 2019, where they managed departments, oversaw customer service, and implemented technology solutions. Susan also has experience as an Athletic Trainer at St. Olaf College, assisting with the Speed and Agility Camp.
Susan Jelinek began their education at Cherry Creek High School, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Upon completing high school, they attended St. Olaf College from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Studio Art. In addition to their formal education, Susan has also obtained several certifications from HubSpot Academy. Susan earned certifications in Content Marketing in May 2017 and September 2021, Inbound Sales in May 2017, Inbound Certification in July 2016, HubSpot CMS for Marketers in April 2021 and July 2022, and HubSpot Marketing Software in April 2021 and July 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in HubSpot Sales Software in April 2021.
