Malea Trainer

Malea Trainer possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent development. Currently serving as a Talent Development Specialist and previously as an HR Representative at Musco Lighting since June 2009, Malea has honed skills in employee training and organizational development. Prior experience includes working as an HR Coordinator at Danfoss Power Solutions from May 2007 to June 2009. Malea holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Iowa State University, completed between 2003 and 2007.
