Thomas Rowe has extensive experience in digital support, project management, and telecommunications engineering spanning several decades. Currently, Thomas serves as a Volunteer Digital Champion at Mind, assisting service users with job searches and IT skills, and as a Volunteer Database Administrator for Muscular Dystrophy UK, where responsibilities include developing Excel VBA macros for data management. Prior roles include Project Management Consultant at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, managing the installation and configuration of Oracle Business Intelligence systems, and leading migration projects for content management. Thomas's earlier experience includes senior technical roles at MCI, WorldCom, and BT, focusing on voice switching systems, problem management, and technical support. Thomas holds engineering degrees in Telecommunications Engineering and Electrical Technician, and began a career in telecommunications with BT as a Trainee Technician Apprentice.
