Melissa Muscarella

Melissa Muscarella has extensive experience in contract management and customer service across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Contract Specialist and previously a Contract Coordinator at MTF Biologics since March 2015, Melissa Muscarella analyzes agreement requests, evaluates hospital usage and growth, and collaborates with various managers to ensure alignment with company goals. Prior to this role, Melissa Muscarella had a 13-year tenure at Integra LifeSciences, where responsibilities included implementing and training on ERP systems, managing customer service teams, and developing training plans and presentations. Melissa Muscarella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University, obtained in 1999.
