Elyse Goodwin is the Associate Director of Customer Experience at Muse Paintbar. Prior to their current position, they were a Technical Assistant at Bunker Hill Community College from June 2016 to October 2016. Elyse has also worked as a Clerical Floater, Switchboard Operator at Bunker Hill Community College from May 2005 to December 2006, where they answered and quickly redirected up to 50 calls per hour, answered and managed incoming and outgoing calls while recording accurate messages, assisted with student information requests, and worked in multiple departments including: The Dean of Professional Studies, Student Payment, Creative Services & Graphic Design Department and the Mail Room. In addition, Elyse Goodwin has also worked as a Key Holder, Groomer, Customer Service Representative at Loving Hands Grooming from June 2015 to April 2016, where they provided detailed descriptions of our services, scheduled appointments and addressed all customer inquires in a timely and professional manner, ensured a superior customer experience by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and resolving problems on the spot, opened and closed business, handled all monetary transactions and balanced registers, and bathed trimmed and provided other grooming services for domestic pets.
