Julien Benedetti

Julien Benedetti is an accomplished archivist with extensive experience in records management and digital archiving. Since January 2017, Julien has worked at the Conseil départmental des Bouches-du-Rhône as an archivist, leading projects focused on managing records and archives software. Prior experience includes roles as an archivist and records manager at the Conseil régional Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, where Julien was responsible for archiving records related to international and cultural departments, and at the Centre de Gestion des Bouches-du-Rhône, where functions included diagnostic assessments and staff training in archiving techniques. Julien has also contributed to the field as a trainer for the Association des Archivistes Français and the Institut Méditerranéen de Formation et Recherche en Travail Social, focusing on electronic archiving and data collection methodologies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in archival studies from Université de Provence and additional certifications in areas related to digital archiving and management.
