Clarissa Garay

Clarissa Garay has a diverse work experience, with a focus on the arts and communications field. Clarissa most recently worked as a Communications Assistant at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Praytell from September 2020 to June 2021 as a Junior Account Strategist and from January 2020 to August 2020 as an intern. Clarissa also had a role as a Visitor Services Associate at LACMA from October 2019 to December 2019 and as a Preview Worker at Bonhams from December 2018 to September 2019. Clarissa gained experience as a Communications Intern at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco from January 2019 to May 2019. Clarissa also worked at the University of San Francisco as an ITS Student Lead from March 2018 to May 2019 and as an ITS Help Desk Specialist from September 2015 to April 2019. Additionally, they had internships at SF Camerawork from August 2017 to May 2018 and at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts from February 2017 to June 2017 as a Visitor Services Representative.

Clarissa Garay attended the University of San Francisco from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art History/Management. In March 2018, they received the TechDirect 1000 Client Foundations certification from Dell.
