Colleen Bell

Colleen Bell is currently a Trustee at MUSEUM ASSOCIATES. Colleen has previously worked as the Executive Director of Community and Social Services for the City of Guelph, and before that, as the General Manager of Community Relations and Initiatives for Metrolinx. Prior to that, they were the Director of the 3-1-1 Project Management Office for the City of Toronto.

Colleen Bell is a highly experienced municipal administrator with a proven track record in community engagement and initiatives. Colleen has a keen understanding of the inner workings of government, and is able to effectively navigate the often complex bureaucracy to get things done.

Colleen Bell has obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto.
