Elisabetta Covizzi Perfetti

Senior Art Conservator at MUSEUM ASSOCIATES

Elisabetta Covizzi Perfetti has extensive experience as an art conservator. Elisabetta started their career at May Burch Conservation in 2016, where they worked as a freelance art conservator focusing on the conservation of historic murals. In the same year, they also became a staff member and art conservator at Fresco School. In 2017, they worked briefly at the J. Paul Getty Trust as an art conservator. Later that year, they joined EC2 Art Conservation as a senior art conservator. In 2018, they became a senior art conservator at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). Additionally, in 2016, they founded EC2 Art Conservation.

Elisabetta Covizzi Perfetti holds a Master's degree in Historic Preservation and Conservation from Opificio delle Pietre Dure in Florence, Italy. Elisabetta also has a background in Historic Preservation and Conservation from Politecnico di Milano. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in various safety courses, including Hand and Power Tools, Respirable Crystalline Silica Safety Awareness, Scaffold Safety in Construction, and Stairway and Ladder Safety, from OSHA.
