Elspeth Patient

Elspeth Patient is an experienced museum professional currently serving as Associate Registrar for Exhibitions at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) since July 2018. Prior to this role, Elspeth held various positions at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston from August 2008 to July 2018, including Senior Assistant Registrar for Exhibitions and Assistant Registrar for Exhibitions. Elspeth's career began as an Administrative Assistant in the curatorial department for Asian Art and the Sarah Campbell Blaffer Foundation. Elspeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Houston, where studies took place from 2005 to 2008.
