Loretta Ayeroff

Loretta Ayeroff has a diverse work experience in various roles related to archiving, photography, and art. Loretta worked as an Archivist for the Private 19th + 20th C. Photograph Collection at Private Collection starting in 2019. Prior to that, they were a Freelance Archivist, providing their services independently since 1993. Loretta also worked as a Photography Instructor at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art from 2011.

Loretta Ayeroff has a strong background as a Photographer and Artist, having started their own company named Loretta Ayeroff Photography in 1972. Loretta has published and exhibited their work from a 30-year archive, and continues to work on several series and exhibitions. Loretta is also available for assignments in their field.

Loretta has extensive experience working with archives, including their roles at AsIs Productions as the Director and Archivist for the Jeff Bridges Photography Archive from 1993 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they served as an Administrative Assistant in the Environmental Arts Department at Otis College of Art and Design from 1992 to 2000. Loretta was also involved in the management of the college library.

Additionally, Loretta took courses at UCLA Extension, specifically in Art History Survey and Film Production and Post-Production.
