Manager Of Exhibitions, Art Preparation And Installation at MUSEUM ASSOCIATES

Matthew Driggs has a comprehensive work experience in the art field. Matthew is currently the Manager of Exhibitions, Art Preparation and Installation at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Supervisor, Art Preparation and Installation at LACMA from August 2014 to May 2022.

In 2009, Matthew co-directed and curated for Performing Public Space. Matthew also worked as an Adjunct Art Professor at Cypress College, Mira Costa College, and New York University from August 2006 to December 2013. Additionally, Matthew served as the Chief Preparator & Exhibition Designer at the University of Southern California from September 1999 to August 2005.

Matthew's previous roles also include being a Curator and Exhibition Coordinator at RAID Projects from November 2000 to July 2003. Matthew was a Gallery Partner at EGCA Gallery from May 1997 to October 2001 and an Art Instructor at Bowers Museum from August 1998 to July 1999.

Matthew Driggs obtained their Masters of Fine Arts (MFA) degree from New York University, studying from 2005 to 2007.
