Tasia Duske

Tasia Duske has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tasia currently serves as the COO & Owner at teambuilding.com since March 2020. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Museum Hack, starting as the Staff Manager in March 2016 and eventually becoming the CEO & Owner in January 2018. Tasia also worked as the Chief of Staff from October 2016 to December 2017.

Before their time at Museum Hack, Tasia worked at Marriott International as the Front Office Manager from January 2015 to March 2016, where they achieved exceptional guest satisfaction scores. Tasia also served as the Supervisor of Front Office from October 2013 to January 2015 and played a key role in elevating guest satisfaction scores within the first six months.

Tasia's experience also includes working as a Counselor/Liaison for Community Outreach at an undisclosed company from September 2012 to March 2013. Tasia also worked as a Primary Counselor at Daybreak Youth Services in Spokane, WA, from July 2011 to June 2012, providing rehabilitation services to adolescents struggling with substance abuse.

Additionally, Tasia served as a Graduate Assistant of Leadership Education at Eastern Washington University from August 2010 to June 2012. Tasia began their career as a Crime Victim Advocate at Alternatives to Violence of the Palouse, offering crisis intervention and counseling services to survivors of crime from January 2009 to June 2010.

Tasia Duske earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Washington State University between 2006 and 2010. Following that, they pursued their education further and completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Clinical Psychology at Eastern Washington University from 2010 to 2012.
