Professeur Et Directeur D'études Cumulant De L'ephe at Museum national d'Histoire naturelle

Feunteun Eric is a seasoned professional in ecology and marine sciences, currently serving as Professeur et Directeur d'études at the Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle since January 2007, where Feunteun also directs the Centre de géo écologie littorale and co-leads the BIOPAC team within the UMR BOREA. Previously, Feunteun held the position of Chef de la station marine de Dinard, focusing on marine biodiversity and diadromous fish populations. From 2002 to 2006, Feunteun directed the Institut du Littoral et de l'Environnement at Université de La Rochelle, overseeing a multidisciplinary organization dedicated to environmental research. Prior experience includes serving as Maitre de Conférences at Université de Rennes 1 from 1995 to 2002, where Feunteun contributed to long-term environmental research in Mont Saint Michel's bay and studied eel migration and estuarine ecosystems. Educationally, Feunteun earned a PhD in Ecology and a Doctorate in Biological Sciences from Université de Rennes I, specializing in aquatic ecology and ichthyology.
