Willa Madrid is a Marketing & Communications Coordinator at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego since October 2022, responsible for social media management, digital marketing, press production, and internal communications. Willa has extensive experience in event operations as a Venue Specialist, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors. In addition to museum work, Willa has been a freelance musician since 2019, specializing in R&B, Neo-Soul, Jazz, and Indie genres, with over a decade of performance experience. Previous roles include Store Manager at Eco Now, Venue Rep Intern at FanFlex, Executive Producer at Associated Students, Inc.- CSUF, and various event coordination roles during university. Willa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus on Entertainment and Tourism from California State University, Fullerton.
