Lucy Westell has extensive experience in strategic fundraising and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Fundraising at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Toronto, Canada, since November 2018. Prior roles at the museum include Development Consultant & Grant Writer, Senior Development Manager, Strategic Projects and Grants Manager, and Development Associate. Prior to this, Lucy Westell worked at Stella's Place as the Operations & Organizational Development Manager, contributing to innovative mental health services for young adults. Lucy Westell is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation at the University of Victoria, building on a Master's in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Mount Allison University.

The Museum of Contemporary Art Toronto Canada (MOCA) is in a defining phase of its evolution, as it moves into a landmark heritage building and further advances 20 years of exhibiting, collecting and nurturing innovative contemporary art and cultural practices. The museum is currently creating a new home for contemporary art that will reflect and bolster the city and country’s reputations as stimulating places to think, create and shape the future.
