Nadine Maher is an experienced preparator and art handler with a diverse background in positions at several prestigious institutions. Currently, Nadine works as a preparator at both the Art Gallery of Ontario and the Museum of Contemporary Art Toronto Canada since June 2023, and has served in a similar role at the University of Toronto since 2022 and the Art Gallery of York University since 2021. Previous experience includes positions as an art handler at the Gardiner Museum and Patel Brown Gallery, and a display artist at Display Arts of Toronto. Additionally, marketing communications management was undertaken at YamChops from 2014 to 2018. Nadine holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Studio Art from the University of Guelph.

The Museum of Contemporary Art Toronto Canada (MOCA) is in a defining phase of its evolution, as it moves into a landmark heritage building and further advances 20 years of exhibiting, collecting and nurturing innovative contemporary art and cultural practices. The museum is currently creating a new home for contemporary art that will reflect and bolster the city and country’s reputations as stimulating places to think, create and shape the future.
