Melinda Monzione

Director, Collections Partnership (traveling Exhibitions) at The MFA

Melinda Monzione's work experience includes various positions at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Melinda started in 2012 as a Campaign Fellow for Obama for America. In 2013, they interned at the Museum of Science, Boston, working in the Annual Fund. From 2014 to 2015, they interned in Traveling Exhibitions at the Museum of Fine Arts. In 2015, they interned in Exhibitions and Design at the same museum. In 2016, Melinda briefly worked as a Temporary Assistant in Traveling Exhibitions at the Museum of Fine Arts before becoming an Education Outreach Coordinator at The Trustees of Reservations. Melinda then returned to the Museum of Fine Arts in 2017, working in various roles within the Collections Partnership department, including Project Manager, Interim Assistant Manager, Acting Head, and currently as the Director.

Melinda Monzione holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Museum Studies from the Boston University - Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies (Pardee School). Melinda is also a candidate for a Master of Global Affairs in Cultural Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
