Ryan Drumm is an experienced professional in database marketing and museum operations, currently serving as the Manager of Database Marketing and Customization at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston since January 2019. In this role, Ryan oversees the creation and deployment of email communications and manages custom audience lists within the Tessitura database.
