William Buccella

William Buccella is an experienced corporate leader and advisor, currently serving on the Board of Advisors and Collections & Exhibits Committee at The Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston since October 2019, and also contributing as a Board of Advisors member for the Audit Committee at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston since August 2013. Buccella has held prominent roles in various financial institutions, including President and Chief Executive Officer of 42 North Private Bank until January 2024, and prior positions as President of US Markets and President of Private Bank at Wilmington Trust, as well as President of Wealth Management New England at Northern Trust. Buccella's career encompasses over two decades of leadership at institutions such as US Trust, Merrill Lynch, Fleet Bank, and BayBank Boston. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Babson College and a BS in Chemistry from Boston College.
