Bob Burns

Bob Burns has extensive experience in the real estate industry, particularly in development and construction. Bob currently holds the role of President at Coastal Devcon Consultants since December 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Vice President of Development & Construction at the MUSEUM OF ICE CREAM starting in April 2020. From May 2015 to April 2020, Bob was the Sr. Vice President of Development & Construction at Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp., where they oversaw construction activity and managed the Property Management Group for properties in Manhattan and the New York tri-state area. Before that, they worked at Simon Property Group from May 2011 to April 2015 as the Sr. Director of Project Management, leading construction and A&E teams across the U.S. Bob also has experience as the President of SBC Builders Inc / Tremigo Inc. from 2003 to 2012 and as the President of the Development & Construction Division at Kinkos from 1987 to 2003, where they developed commercial real estate and built retail stores globally.

Bob Burns has a education history that includes studying at Harvard Business School, where they focused on OMBI. Bob also attended UCLA to study Real Estate Development, and the University of Texas for the same field of study. In addition to their formal education, Bob holds certifications as a Private Pilot and has a B License in General Contracting from the State of California.
