Morris Rees

Morris Rees is an experienced professional in health and safety management, currently serving as the Health and Safety Manager at the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa since October 2018. Morris has also held the position of Health and Safety Advisor at Contact Energy Ltd since February 2015 and has been a QA/QC Coordinator at Niko Resources Ltd since July 2012. Prior roles include QA/QC Manager at MB Century from November 2009 to July 2012 and Operations Management at Sperry Drilling from 1987 to 2009. Morris Rees obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Nottingham between 1972 and 1975 and completed secondary education at Lawrence Sherrif Grammar School in Rugby, UK, from 1965 to 1972.
