Chevy Humphrey

Trustee at Museum of Science and Industry Chicago

Chevy Humphrey is a trustee at the Museum of Science and Industry. Chevy was previously the CEO and President of the Arizona Science Center from 1998 to 2021. During their time at the Science Center, they oversaw a 200,000 square foot facility with more than 330 employees and volunteers. Chevy also spearheaded a financial turnaround for the organization, expanding its assets from $3 million to $42 million. In addition, they conceptualized a multi-faceted Learning Team that has become a national exemplar for supporting schools and districts across Arizona in delivering high-quality science learning. Prior to their time at the Arizona Science Center, Chevy Humphrey was the Director of Development at The Phoenix Symphony from 1995 to 1998.

Dr. Chevy Humphrey is the President and CEO of the Arizona Science Center. Chevy has a Doctorate of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University, and is a certified corporate director from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
