Malik Woolfork

Malik Woolfork, M.Ed, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in community engagement, human resources, and student leadership. Currently serving as a Partnership and Community Engagement Specialist at the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry since June 2019, Malik has also held various roles, including Executive Coordinator and Communication Liaison, and Internal Communication and Human Resources Project Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator at 8th Light, where significant improvements were made to the recruiting process and corporate relationships, as well as roles in sales and customer service at the Cincinnati Museum Center. Malik's leadership skills were honed during tenure as Student Government President at Columbia College Chicago, advocating for over 7,000 students and facilitating discussions on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Malik holds a Master of Education in Social Cultural Foundations from DePaul University and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago.
