Syeda Soofia

Syeda Soofia, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the CHRO/Chief of People & Culture at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago since August 2022, Syeda's previous roles include Head of HR for HCSC and Head of Human Resources for Xchanging. Syeda has also held significant positions at Aetna/Coventry and Brigham and Women's Hospital, among others. With a strong educational background that includes an MBA from Wayne State University and multiple HR certifications from SHRM, Syeda brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of human resources.
