Felicity Paynter is an experienced museum professional currently serving as the Interpretation Manager at the Museum of Science and Industry since March 2021. Prior to this role, Felicity held positions such as Senior Audience and Interpretation Lead at the Museum of London, where advocacy for audiences was central during the museum's redevelopment, and Head of Contemporary Science at the Science Museum Group, where innovative exhibitions and events were produced. Felicity's earlier roles include developing interpretation at the Natural History Museum, conducting audience research at the Science Museum, and coordinating events for the London Women and Planning Forum. Educationally, Felicity holds a PhD and an MA in Cultural Geography from Queen Mary University of London, along with a BA in Geography from the University of Leicester.
