Steven Leech

Steven Leech is a seasoned content developer and heritage consultant with extensive experience in cultural heritage and education. Currently serving as a Content Developer at the Museum of Science and Industry since December 2017, Steven is responsible for research and copywriting for the exhibition "Electricity: the Spark of Life." In addition, Steven has been with Our Stories Heritage Consultancy since August 2017, providing expertise in art-led public engagement and innovative exhibition design. Previous roles include guest lecturer and research assistant at The University of Manchester, where Steven focused on material culture and built heritage, and various positions in museums, including collections care assistant and project intern. Steven holds a PhD in Archaeology and Heritage Studies from The University of Manchester, as well as a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in related fields from the same institution.
