Emily Hames

Emily Hames is an experienced Assistant Registrar with skills in object handling and care, gained from working at the Museum of Transport and Technology (MOTAT) and across sites in old and new storage facilities. Emily also has experience in communication with visitors and front of house operations from their time at the Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki. Emily has also worked as a Checkout Operator/Customer Service/Lotto at PAK'nSAVE and participated in the Open Palace Programme in the UK. Emily's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Art History, a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Art History, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Classical Studies from The University of Auckland.
