Joshua Doherty is an experienced exhibition designer and fabricator currently working at the Museum of Anthropology at UBC since April 2024. With a rich background in exhibit fabrication as the Exhibits Fabrication Manager at the Museum of Vancouver since April 2018, Joshua has developed expertise in designing and fabricating custom artifact supports and displays in various materials. Joshua's freelance work includes product development and custom fabrication solutions. Previous roles include Exhibit Technician at The Anvil Centre, proprietor of Hawthorne Co., and a founding member of FIELDWORK design collective. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Design in Industrial and Product Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, where graduation occurred in 2009.
