Chiang Yip

Chiang Yip has over 30 years of work experience in finance and corporate services. Chiang served as the Head of Finance at Museums Victoria from 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at the Victorian Auditor-General's Office from 2010 to 2018. Chiang also worked as the General Manager Finance and Corporate Services at Sustainability Victoria from 2007 to 2010. Before that, they were an Associate Director at KPMG Australia from 2000 to 2007. In addition, they held the position of Senior Manager at the Department of Treasury and Finance from 1995 to 2000. Chiang started their career as a Financial Analyst at The Treasury New Zealand from 1991 to 1995 and as an Audit Supervisor at KPMG New Zealand from 1987 to 1991.

Chiang Yip earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accountancy from the University of Canterbury Christchurch NZ in 1986. Chiang later completed an MBA in General Management from Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne in 2000.
