Sebastian Hampson

General Manager, LPATM at Mushroom

Sebastian Hampson is the current General Manager of LPATM at Mushroom. Sebastian has been in this role since September 2012 and has overseen the growth of the company in all facets, including sales, operations, and design. Prior to their current position, Sebastian was with the Mushroom Group where they held operational and P&L responsibility for a $40 million+ apparel business. Sebastian has also been responsible for the approval of all touring budgets, including sales budgets, stock forecasts, cost estimates, and online sales.

Some of Sebastian's key achievements include increasing the company's revenue from $20 million to $50 million, successfully reducing headcount turnover and retaining top talent, opening P!NK pop up stores in Melbourne and Sydney, and opening Kanye West Yeezy pop up stores in both Melbourne and Sydney with 3 days' notice. Under Sebastian's leadership, LPATM has become Australia's largest tour merchandise company and has gained global recognition.

Sebastian Hampson completed a VCE at St Michael's Grammar School before completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Physics at RMIT University. Sebastian then completed an Associate Diploma in Business Advertising at Kangan Institute before completing a Diploma and Graduate Certificate in Sustainability Studies at Swinburne University of Technology.

They work with Paul Barbaro - Event Director, Brett Schewitz - Head of Marketing, and Benjamin Strong - Head of Legal & Business Affairs. Their manager is Matt Gudinski, Executive Director.
