Rachel Jacaud

Rachel Jacaud, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience history. Rachel started as a Customer Service Representative at My Bank! First United Bank & Trust in 2001. Later, they became a Daycare Provider while also being an Artist. In 2013, they transitioned to being the Assistant Resident Manager at Mt. Makiling Re-Creation Center. Currently, they work as a Lead Recruiter at Music & Arts since 2017.

Rachel Jacaud, SHRM-CP obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Science Teacher Education from Ashford University in 2012 and a One Year Bible Certificate from Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School in 1995. Rachel also holds a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification obtained in September 2022. Additionally, they have been a former Board Member of Valley Art Association in Hagerstown MD and is a Member of Oil Painters of America.
