Shweta Ganatra-Desai

Shweta Ganatra-Desai has a diverse work experience spanning from software development to project and product management. Shweta started as a Software Developer at Legg Mason in 2007, later transitioning to roles at American Public University System as a Project Manager, and then to General Dynamics Information Technology as a Product Manager, where they managed product strategy and release cycles. Currently, they are a Product Lead at Music & Arts, showcasing their expertise in product development and management.

Shweta Ganatra-Desai holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Shweta also has additional certifications including Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM1) and Professional Scrum Product Owner 1 (PSPO1) from Scrum.org, as well as the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute obtained in April 2011.
