With a strong background in artist management and promotion, Shelia previously held prominent roles including President of Flying Island Entertainment, and President of Stringtown Records, where key distribution and operational strategies were developed. Notably, Shelia was the first female executive to head a Nashville-based record label as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Decca Records, leading to significant chart successes and industry recognition. Earlier experience includes positions at MCA Records and Vivaton Records, along with founding Shipley Biddy Entertainment. Shelia's educational background includes attendance at Tennessee State University.
