Aaron Partington

Aaron Partington has extensive work experience in the music industry. Aaron has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. Starting in 1993, Aaron worked at Music Reports, Inc as the Director of I.T. & Operations, where they played a crucial role in expanding the business and creating a Public Performance TV Licensing division. From 1999 to 2003, they worked at Pacific Computer Systems as a Senior Systems Developer and Partner, delivering custom software solutions to clients in Los Angeles and Europe. In 2003, Aaron returned to Music Reports, Inc as the Director of Systems Development & Analysis, leading the development and maintenance of the company's software applications and data processing activities. In 2006, they joined Broadcast Music, Inc as the Assistant Vice President - Enterprise Applications, implementing Agile Scrum methodologies and transforming the technology stack. From 2012 to 2018, Aaron continued their tenure at BMI as the Senior Project Director - I.T. Applications, overseeing various projects throughout the software development lifecycle. In 2018, they joined SoundExchange and worked in Corporate Development until 2022. Currently, Aaron holds the position of VP, Product & IT at Music Reports, Inc, where they oversee product development and IT operations.
