Calob Congdon

Calob Congdon is an experienced music educator currently serving as a General Music and Chorus Teacher at Hempstead Union Free School District since September 2023. In addition to this role, Calob teaches Music Adventures at Dance Connection, provides instruction at Music Together LLC, and offers voice and piano lessons through Virtual Voice. Calob has also held leadership positions with the Wisconsin Association of School Councils as a Leadership Camp Lead Junior Counselor and coordinated music and arts activities for 4-H Camp in Green Lake County, WI. Previous experience includes multiple roles at Hofstra University, where Calob was involved in orientation and resident success initiatives. Calob's retail experience includes positions at Ann Taylor, David's Bridal, and Dressbarn. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Music Teacher Education from Hofstra University, Calob combines educational expertise with a passion for music.
