Jeff Insel

Jeff Insel has a diverse background in operations and coordination within the hospitality and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Driver/Artist Coordinator at The Musical Instrument Museum since January 2015, Jeff also holds the position of Theater Concierge at MIM since January 2014. Previous experience includes working as a part-time Driver for Uber from September 2014 to March 2017, and as an Independent Contractor for a local courier company from November 2004 to August 2013. Jeff's earlier roles include Managing Director at Smoothie Wizard Consulting Services, where consultation focused on franchise development in Singapore, and Director of Operations Services at Frozen Fusion, managing franchise expansions and training. Jeff began a career in the franchise industry as Director of West Region Franchise Operations at Swensen's, directing operations for the western U.S. and collaborating with international franchise operators in the Asia/Pacific region. Educational qualifications include attendance at San Mateo High School and the University of Phoenix.
