John Nesbit

John Nesbit is a retired professional with extensive experience in education and the arts. From 1977 to 1998, John served as a teacher at Tuba City High School on the Navajo reservation in northern Arizona. Following this, John worked as a writer and editor for educational software at Aries Technology from May 1998 until September 2011. In addition, John contributed movie reviews as a writer for the Online Film Critics Society from 2003 to 2008. Since September 2011, John has been enjoying retirement activities such as daily hiking, volunteer work, and world travel. John currently serves as a volunteer museum guide at the Musical Instrument Museum, providing tours to visitors of all ages since 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
